Narrative

Styled Lieut. Died of Small Pox; buried at the foot of Stickney Hill. He was
one of the Grantees of Rumford, Me., owning one right. He served at Crown
Point 1758; Lieut of the First Co of Concord 1774. He held several town
offices; Surveyor of Highways 1771, 5, 6; Fence Viewer 1774; Tythingman
1786/7. Adm on his estate granted to his son David 1793.
