Narrative
Apr 16 1792 Judith STICKNEY of Salem, widow, recovered judgement against the
estate of Colonel Peter FRYE (her father, then a refugee in London, England),
for a certain sum of money which appears due to her. The estate was appraised
Apr 14 1792 by Miles WARD Jr, Otis MANSFIELD and Isaac NEEDHAM, as the
northern end of a dwelling-house, with land under and adjoining, in Salem,
near the Creek. She buys of Edward SMITH land in Salem 1795; sells 1805 to
William FABENS a dwelling-house in Gedney Court; 1812 to Benjamin PICKMAN.
