Narrative
Left Rowley to seek his fortune; was the first STICKNEY who settled in Salem,
where "his manly bearing and pleasing address won the affections of Judith
FRYE". Was master of the ship "Good Fortune" which sailed from Salem 16 Dec
1786 for North Carolina. He died aboard the ship at Martha's Vineyard.
