Narrative

Served as a soldier 1755 in removing the Acadians, a private on board the
"Sea Flower"; was of the First Foot Co of Boxford 1757 as Ensign on the alarm
of the Battle of Lexington; was Second Lieut 1780 to reinforce the
Continental Army. Bought land in Boxford 1767 from Jabez TOWN; sold land in
Boxford 1771 to Paul PRICHARD. His Will dated May 9 1805 and proved May 1
1809; sole executor son Ancil.
