Narrative
He had a clerkship in Boston 2-3 years; in 1837 of the firm of Kimball &
Stickney; went South about 1844, in 1860 of the firm of Stickney & Co, with
Solon BORLAND and Jere CLEMENS, editors and proprietors of "Memphis Inquirer."
In 1863 was Tax Commissioner of State of Florida and partner with C P
CHAMBERLAIN, Attorneys/Counsellors at Law; Solicitors in Chancery;
Proctors/Advocates in Admiralty, offices in Fernandina & St Augustine,
Fla. In 1864 writing a history of Florida. Living, 1868, in Jacksonville, Fla.
