Narrative
Admitted to the First Church, Newburyport, 1742. Received a legacy from
grandfather Dr Caleb MOODY; a double portion from his father's estate. Sold
land in Newbury to Michael DALTON; Daniel FARNHAM. Enlisted 1759 to go to
Lake George; in 1760 for the reduction of Canada; was in hospital Nov-Dec
1760; at Halifax 1761/2.
