Narrative

The "Stickney Family" book gives place of birth as Leominster, Mass, on Page
159, but Harvard, Mass, on Page 261. He enlisted 1778, and again 1780 to
reinforce the Continental Army in Rhode Island. His children were probably
all born in Harvard; he afterwards moved to Dummerston, Vt, where he died,
aged 52 years. Other names: Col Jona REED; Capt Isaac WOOD; Capt David MOORE.
